This is a tool for time recording/attendance recording of employees in an organization.
This is a software tool that makes the time card and stamping through the clock obsolete. The tool will manage clock in and out times of employees and save you a lot of time creating consolidated reports at the payroll time. You do not need to manage a mountain of paper cards either. You are able to view at any time who are present for work and their time in and out details. For each pay period, you can generate automated payroll reports for your employees. Simply print the reports and write the checks and it is done!
The user interface is quite simple. When entering either in or out time, the program offers two ways to enter time. An employee can choose his/her name from a list and then click the time entry. Depending on the current status, an entry time or an out time will be recorded. Alternately the employee could enter his/her email address and then click the time. Once again depending on the current status, an in or an out time will get recorded. Employee information can be edited by the administrator, as may be required if he has forgotten to enter time for a day or any such situation. Reports are quite well organized. This could be a very handy and simple tool for a small organization. You are able to export the payroll data in PDF, Excel or Word formats.
